Birth Certificate
Original birth certificate or municipal birth record of the student.
Passport-size Photos
Recent passport-size photographs of the student (minimum 4 copies).
Previous Report Card
Mark sheets or progress reports from the last attended school or class.
Transfer Certificate
TC from the previous school (for Classes II and above).
Address Proof
Aadhaar card, voter ID, or utility bill of the parent or guardian.
Immunisation Record
Vaccination / immunisation records for primary classes (KG to Class V).
